Community Summer Camp
2023


"The Land, the Sea,
Maine, and Me"

Week 1 - June 26-29

Week 2 - July 10-13 

Week 3 - July 17-20

12 founding youth attended Leadership Training and assisted in camps as Mentors in Training

What does "Community Camp" Mean? 

It means that the ages of entry are flexible so as to best suit the needs of children and families in the community.

Sessions by appointment for enrolled families 

Monday 12:00-2:00pm

Tuesday 12:00-2:00pm

Thursday 12:00-2:00pm

Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

What is "Family Advocacy"? 

We offer individualized sessions for caretakers of each household which focus on addressing the immediate needs of the family. For instance, a session may focus on applying for post-secondary degrees, applying for federal financial aid, filling out forms in English, or assisting with phone calls in English. Connections  to basic need support such as clothing and food is also available.

3-week shifts assisting with younger youth groups supporting social-emotional needs of youth as well as STEAM programming
